Official Query: Tree Planting by the Local Authority

As part of efforts to address the climate crisis and heat stress, tree planting and the preservation of existing trees are among the measures being taken.
Since, as publicly stated, the Council Chair issued an instruction not to respond to me, and furthermore, in many cases my inquiries go unanswered, and I am even being obstructed in obtaining documents and information to which I am entitled under the Local Authorities Ordinance—all in the course of fulfilling my duties as a council member—therefore, this inquiry is submitted to clarify this essential matter.
The inquiry:
How many trees were planted by the local council and funded by the local council in public spaces—including locations such as sidewalks, walking paths, public parks, educational institutions, and others—in the years 2024 and 2025? (Please provide numerical data for each respective year.)
